
This role will open and lead CloudThinker's commercial presence in northern Vietnam, overseeing and developing a regional sales team, defining go-to-market strategies for the territory, and ensuring revenue targets are met across SaaS, Enterprise License, and Managed Service product lines. You will analyze sales performance and pipeline data, provide strategic insights to leadership, and collaborate with cross-functional teams — including Delivery, Engineering, Marketing, and our partner ecosystem — to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Onboarded on the product and category. Top-20 account plan in place. Active pipeline development underway with first customer meetings booked.
First commercial deals signed in the region. Partner co-sell motion established in the North. First team hire identified.
Quota attainment. Named reference customers in the region. A team of 2–3 reporting into you. CloudThinker established as a recognized cloud operations partner in northern Vietnam.
