About the Position

This role will open and lead CloudThinker's commercial presence in northern Vietnam, overseeing and developing a regional sales team, defining go-to-market strategies for the territory, and ensuring revenue targets are met across SaaS, Enterprise License, and Managed Service product lines. You will analyze sales performance and pipeline data, provide strategic insights to leadership, and collaborate with cross-functional teams — including Delivery, Engineering, Marketing, and our partner ecosystem — to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.

What You'll Do

  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing regional sales team in northern Vietnam
  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies for the Hà Nội territory across SaaS, Enterprise License, and Managed Service product lines
  • Own regional revenue targets and ensure consistent pipeline growth and deal progression
  • Engage directly with senior client stakeholders and lead executive sales presentations
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with a customer-centric, consultative approach
  • Analyze sales performance and pipeline data to provide strategic insights and accurate forecasting to leadership
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Delivery, Engineering, Marketing, and the partner ecosystem
  • Run both direct enterprise sales and partner-led co-sell motions
  • Establish CloudThinker as a recognized cloud operations partner in northern Vietnam

Requirements

  • Strong Sales and Customer Engagement skills with a proven track record in achieving and exceeding enterprise sales targets
  • Effective Team Management and Communication skills for leading, coaching, and motivating a high-performing sales team
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, manage pipeline health, identify trends, and make informed forecasting decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth in a new or under-penetrated market
  • Experience selling technical B2B solutions — cloud, DevOps, observability, security, data platforms, or AI — to mid-market and enterprise customers
  • Comfort running both direct enterprise sales and partner-led co-sell motions
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, ideally at a high-growth technology company or scale-up
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a leadership or team lead role within enterprise sales is a strong advantage
  • Disciplined use of CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) for pipeline management and accurate forecasting
  • Native Vietnamese; business-level English is preferred

What Success Looks Like

First 90 days

Onboarded on the product and category. Top-20 account plan in place. Active pipeline development underway with first customer meetings booked.

First 6 months

First commercial deals signed in the region. Partner co-sell motion established in the North. First team hire identified.

First year

Quota attainment. Named reference customers in the region. A team of 2–3 reporting into you. CloudThinker established as a recognized cloud operations partner in northern Vietnam.
