Cookie banner. Use the consent banner shown on your first visit to accept or reject categories of non-essential cookies. You can reopen your preferences at any time from the link in our website footer.
Browser controls. Most browsers let you view stored cookies, delete existing cookies, block third-party or all cookies, and set per-site preferences. Instructions differ by browser; consult your browser’s help documentation.
Platform settings. Some preferences can be managed within your CloudThinker account settings.
Opt-out tools. You may opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and manage ad personalization through the relevant provider’s ad settings.
Global Privacy Control. Where legally required, we honour browser-based opt-out signals such as GPC.
Effect of disabling. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent sign-in and core functionality. Blocking functional cookies will reset your preferences. Blocking analytics cookies limits our ability to improve the Services. Blocking marketing cookies means the ads you see will be less relevant, not that you will see fewer of them.
CloudThinker’s operations span Vietnam and Singapore, and our cookie and analytics providers operate in multiple jurisdictions. Data collected through cookies may therefore be transferred to and processed outside your country of residence. We apply appropriate safeguards to such transfers, including Decree 13/2023/ND-CP cross-border transfer requirements for data originating in Vietnam and Standard Contractual Clauses where required. The Services are a business product and are not directed at anyone under eighteen (18). We do not knowingly collect personal information, including through cookies, from anyone under eighteen. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, contact privacy@cloudthinker.io.
This Cookie Policy is designed to comply with Vietnam’s Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on Personal Data Protection, Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act, the EU General Data Protection Regulation and ePrivacy Directive, the UK GDPR and PECR, and other applicable data protection laws.
