About the Position

As an Account Manager, you will own a portfolio of CloudThinker's enterprise and growth-stage customers, drive long-term partnership value, and act as the strategic point of contact between our engineering, Solutions Architect, and Customer Success teams. You will own renewals, expansion, and executive relationships — turning early adopters into multi-year, multi-product references across Vietnam and APAC.

What You'll Do

  • Own a named portfolio of enterprise and growth-stage accounts across Vietnam and APAC — including BFSI, fintech, regulated SaaS, and AWS-anchored customers
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with customer engineering leadership, CTOs, VP Engineering, Heads of SRE / Security, and procurement
  • Drive Net Revenue Retention through renewals, expansion, and cross-sell of CloudThinker modules and specialist agents
  • Run Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) — synthesize platform usage, ROI realized, and roadmap alignment into executive-ready narratives
  • Forecast accurately in HubSpot — pipeline stage hygiene, expansion ARR, renewal risk, and committed quarterly close
  • Identify and qualify expansion opportunities by partnering with Solutions Architects and the product team
  • Coordinate customer escalations end-to-end — incidents, billing, contracts, BYOC deployments — until resolved
  • Negotiate renewal and expansion contracts with procurement and legal counterparts
  • Capture customer voice (feature requests, friction, churn signals) and route systematically to Product and Engineering
  • Partner with the AWS co-sell motion, technology partners, and channel resellers on shared accounts
  • Drive customer advocacy outcomes — references, case studies, conference talks, and customer advisory board participation
  • Mentor junior sales and Customer Success teammates on account strategy, executive communication, and forecasting discipline

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of B2B Account Management, Enterprise Sales, or Customer Success experience (SaaS / cloud / IT services strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated track record managing a portfolio of named accounts with 6–7 figure ARR and meeting or exceeding renewal + expansion targets
  • Hands-on proficiency with HubSpot (or Salesforce) — pipeline management, forecasting, account planning
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English, including comfort presenting to C-suite stakeholders
  • Strategic, consultative selling style — comfortable navigating multi-stakeholder, technical buying committees
  • Working understanding of Agentic AI, AWS Cloud, and modern DevOps / SRE workflows
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with AWS partner programs, marketplace co-sell, or AWS billing transfer motions
  • Nice to have: Prior experience selling into BFSI, fintech, or regulated SaaS verticals
  • Nice to have: Exposure to AIOps, DevSecOps, or platform-engineering buying cycles
