About the Position

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Product Designer who can own the end-to-end product design experience and help shape how users interact with complex cloud and AI systems in a simple, intuitive way.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end design lifecycle: user research, wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity UI, and design handoff
• Translate complex cloud, AI, and DevOps workflows into clean, intuitive user experiences
• Collaborate closely with founders, product managers, and engineers to define product vision and roadmap
• Design and evolve a scalable design system (components, patterns, accessibility)
• Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback and product metrics
• Ensure design quality and consistency across web applications
• Advocate for user-centric thinking across the organization

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design, preferably for B2B SaaS or technical products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, not just visuals
• Experience designing data-heavy or workflow-driven applications (dashboards, admin panels, analytics tools)
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma (required)
• Solid understanding of usability, accessibility, and interaction design
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment with ambiguity
• Nice to have: Experience with cloud platforms, DevOps tools, or AI products
• Nice to have: Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML/CSS/React) for better collaboration with engineers
• Nice to have: Experience designing for enterprise users
